Past Life Regression (PLR)
What is Past Life Regression?
Past Life Regression (PLR) is a guided therapy process where a person enters a deeply relaxed state via guided hypnosis and explores memories, emotions, images or experiences that arise from what is perceived as a past life.
You don’t have to believe in past lives to explore it. For some people, the experience feels spiritual; for others, it can be a symbolic or subconscious way of understanding emotions and patterns they are carrying today.
When can you consider PLR?
People often explore PLR when they feel:
- “Why does this keep happening to me?”
- They have a fear or emotional reaction that they don't fully understand.
- The same relationship or life pattern keeps repeating.
- They feel unusually connected to a particular person, place or situation.
- They are struggling with an emotion that seems deeper than the present situation.
- They simply feel curious about their inner world and want to explore themselves more deeply.
How can it help?
The real value of PLR is not necessarily in proving whether a memory is historically true. The real value can be in understanding what the experience means to you.
During a session, exploring these experiences may help you:
- Understand recurring patterns
- Release emotional burden
- Gain a different perspective
- Work with fears and limiting beliefs
Feel more connected to yourself ultimately, PLR can become a journey of self-exploration, awareness and healing.
In simple words PLR is inner world trying to show how we can use this understanding to create a better life today.
